The people you see on our website are the people who train here. Men and women, a range of age groups and fitness levels, all coming together to train hard, yet support and encourage each other at the same time.
As well as a great, friendly team to train with, our box at 21/39 Corporation Circuit is perfectly set up for your CrossFit experience. The circuit itself is ideal for running, with minimal traffic. Lush, green parks are close by, which we occasionally use for our workouts, weather permitting! Back at the box, you will find our premises to be modern, clean and well equipped, with plenty of free parking for you nearby. No wonder it’s CrossFit Paradise!
“Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, c&j, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports. ”
