Fitness in 100 words
“Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, c&j, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports. ”

What happened to Cindy?
Did Cindy anyhoo as I didn’t have a runner – 9.
Cindy has been reinstated to her rightful place! I had the team WOD up as I was expecting a few more this morning at Burleigh. As it was, we did Cindy as originally planned.

Oh yeah! Harder to push myself when I’m not at Burleigh. I was thinking that I was going to get to 8 so I was pretty happy with 9. Ran into Sharon and Mark. Stacy will be there for yoga and me for Crossfit Paradise next Saturday at 8am. Looking forward to it.
