WOD
This WOD will require us to transport ourselves to the beach. We will meet at the Gym (39 Township Drive) at 7:45am or at the beach at Burleigh (Tower 18) at 8am.
The WOD will consist of:
- 10 X 50m Beach Sprint (Recovery is walking back to the start line)
- 100m Kettle Bell throw. Throw the kettle bell, run to where it lands, do three push ups and do it again until you finish one hundred metres.

Workout was slightly modified this morning. After 8 X 50m soft sand sprints (with a nasty little incline) we all had a sprint with a handicapped start. The winner off -4m was ……..Richie. Well done!
The kettle bell throw course was reduced to 70m and proved quite challenging for some.
