- 2 X AMRAP 5min Double unders
Rest as needed between pull up sets. Rest 3 minutes between double unders and try to beat your score in the second round!

Am I the only one to try this WOD today?
Adrian 10 X 10 Pull ups 147 & 208 Double unders.
Now dripping over the computer!!!
Huge effort Ade. After 100 pu, your arms must be 2inches longer. My legs needed a rest today. I attempted the pullups, but still haven’t got the technique, so did 5 sets of 5 rep ringdips.
