If you haven’t discovered your inner muscle up yet, we will be working on progressions and scaling to help get you closer to your goal!

    We worked on the muscle up progression and everyone did 5 X 5 ring dips (supported where necessary).
    Hope there aren’t too many sore triceps getting around tomorrow!
