    Sahara I was on sort of a high when I wrote that. After 250 I swear I could see through time & space.

    String theory! You were probably visiting other dimensions. Your extreme exhaustion made the right side of your brain more active. This gives you glimpses of experience of time and space as a continuum. Just as Einstein theorized.

    I admire the weight you used Dr Evil. Impressive stuff. Next you’ll be swinging a baby elephant around by the tail.

    Ground control came to my rescue with a delightfully refreshing cab sac. I feel much better now.

    It’s pretty much double what we did give or take. It’s not natural to do that. I’m sure 36kg kettlebells are illegal in most countries.

    Good work Zac! You guys are scaring away all the potential new CrossFitters reading this website! All we did was swing a heavy weight around for a few minutes……..I can lend you the 36kg bell if anyone is interested?
