I think it would help a great deal. I seem to get 2 or three in a row and then lose my rhythm and start muscling them like chinups, which is incorrect. When I watch videos of them, the guys & girls have a really good rhythm going. It seems effortless, and I am really struggling.

BOOYAH!!! Fantastic lift Rob! You must pumped!
I wasn't feeling particularly strong today, so no PB attempts from me today. I did have ago at the pullups and almost ripped my shoulders out of their sockets while flailing around on that bar like a fish out of water. Still quite haven't got the rythm yet.
Results- 27 pullups
DL - 120, 130, 130

I don't have any pullup equipment and I'm tired and it's raining (excuses excuses) so I just did the deadlift part.

120, 130, 130.

Then decided to go for a new 1RM PB. Previous was 140 so I thought I'd skip that and go 150. WIN! So happy and pumped that I went for 160. DOUBLE WIN! New PB. Woot Woot. I love Crossfit.
