Only got 19 rounds out this time. Last time I did Cindy I scored 20 rounds. I think last time was straight after a rest day, I was lacking a bit “zing” this morning after last nights strength work out. Still 95 Pull ups, 190 push ups and 335 squats in 20 minutes isn’t too bad
Great work coach! I began Cindy and started cramping on the second set of squats. My legs just weren’t up to squats after yesterdays heavy session. I decided to make it a skills session and work on my kipping technique. Did 10 sets of 5 pullups. Managed to get 5 straight reps on most of them. I can feel my technique improving.
