Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, c&j, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports. ”

I remember this one from a month or two ago…..
Sunday 25th July, to be exact Rob. This time I am going to go and get a 16kg bell from the Gym and use that. The 36kg bell is still where I left it after last time! After yesterdays gruelling workout, I thought we should do something hard and fast today! Let’s see if you can beat 14.25???
I’m having a rest today. My legs feel like they have been filled with concrete and it is starting to set!!

Woke up this morning after a 12hr shift finnishing at midnight feeling like crap!!! My legs were seized from those lunges, my abs were cuttingly sore. I just did not want to crossfit this morning. I hobbled into the kitchen and made a breakfast of sausages and beans, washed down with a brew. I was just about to leave the kitchen when all of a sudden it caught my attention. Just like a slow zoom shot in a movie, that can of XS energy drink caught my attention. I wearily picked it up and skulled it down. Almost instantaneously, I could feel the hit of 80mg of caffeine causing through my veins. I grabbed my iPhone, put on some pump music and banged out this wod. Got the first 150 straight, then sets of 25.
Time 12.09!! Oh I feel sick now!!
That sounds like a bad ad Tim!! Great work on the kettle bell swings, that should wash the last of the lactic acid out of your legs.
