Run 1km
50 Pull ups
100 Push ups
150 Squats
Run 1km

You can partition the movements as required ( ie 10 sets of 5Pull ups, 10 Push ups and 15 squats)

Start and finish with a 1km run.  If you have a weighted vest, feel free to wear it!
