Today’s WOD will be enjoyed in the park (weather permitting). We will meet at the gym and proceed down to the park as a group. Details will be given when we arrive.

    Although it wasn’t raining, the sky looked ominous and there had been some rain overnight. With this in mind I elected to run a circuit style CrossFit workout in the Gym. The workout was made up of four stations, we spent 2 minutes at each station before rotating. There was a 30 sec rest period between stations. We completed 2 rounds of the circuit equating to 16minutes of work. The stations were:
    *Push Press / Press 20/10kg
    *Box Jumps
    *KB Swings 16/8kg
    *Ab-mat sit ups.

    Each rep was counted to add up to a total score. Some people claimed to have lost count mid WOD.

    I’m starting to think that Shane and Todd aren’t really brothers…..i’ve never seen them in the same room together…..I think shane is really just showing up in disguise!!
