There are lots of different CrossFit questions that you might ask:
- How do I do a push press?
- Who the hell is Fran?
- What does AMRAP mean?
- What does WOD stand for?
Over time CrossFit has developed a certain technical language (jargon) which it uses to accurately describe many of the movements that we practise. This might seem a little bit daunting at first but after a while you will be able to do AMRAP SDHP 20min RXD without any problems at all!
To make the transition easier, pretty much every question you could ask has already been answered at crossfit.com…..so go look it up!
